iOrders Technology Services Inc. (“iOrders,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains, in clear terms, what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have when you use our websites, apps, and other services (collectively, the “Services”). Using the Services means you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.
A. Information You Provide
- Placing an Order: We collect information relating to any orders you place on the iOrders Platform, including the IP address of the device used to place the order to help protect against theft, fraud and unauthorized access to an account, and certain payment information using the secure services of our payment processors. The information will include your name, phone number, email, delivery address, items ordered, special instructions. At checkout, your card and billing details (“Payment Information”) go straight to our third‑party payment processor; iOrders never receives or stores that data. See the “Payment Processing” section for details.
- Restaurants and Merchants: To list your establishment on the iOrders Platform, you (or an authorized representative) must submit business and contact details—including the restaurant or merchant name, telephone number, email address, physical location, and any supporting vendor documentation we request. When employees of a vendor communicate with us (for example, by phone, email, or chat), we may also collect their professional contact information to respond and manage the account.
- Drivers and Delivery Partners: When you enroll to deliver an order processed through us whether as an individual driver or on behalf of a delivery‑service partner—we collect your name, email, phone number, and other basic details. For each pickup and drop‑off, we also process operational data such as real‑time location and delivery status so we can coordinate and track the order.
- Direct Interactions & Marketing Messages: Whenever you reach out to us, we may obtain additional personal data. For instance, a restaurant representative requesting a demo will provide their name, phone number, and email address. Likewise, if you opt in to our marketing communications, we collect your name, email, phone number, and order history.
- Job Applications: When you apply for employment, whether directly on our website or through a third-party platform, we will receive your contact details and the information contained in your résumé, such as your education and employment history.
B. Information We Collect Automatically
- Device and Log Data. When you access the Services, we automatically record technical details about the device and connection you use, including your IP address, browser type, operating‑system version, device identifiers, date/time stamps, crash reports, and other system logs. These data help us diagnose problems, maintain security, and ensure the Services function properly. We may combine this information with other data we hold to detect fraud and abuse.
- Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the Services, such as the pages or screens you view, the features you use, the links you click, search queries, and the length of time you spend on each page. We use this data to analyze performance, improve content, and understand user behavior. Aggregated or anonymized usage metrics may also be used to develop new products or features.
- Location Data. If you enable location permissions in a mobile app or browser, we obtain precise GPS coordinates to facilitate functions like order tracking and delivery routing. When precise access is not granted, we infer a coarse location (for example, city or region) from your IP address or other network signals to provide relevant content and comply with regulatory requirements. You can disable or adjust location sharing at any time in your device settings.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our service providers use cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, and local storage to recognize your browser or device, remember preferences, measure campaign effectiveness, and compile usage analytics. These technologies may also be employed to deliver personalized content or ads in accordance with your settings and applicable law. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings but disabling them may affect certain features of the Services.
C. Information from Others
We may obtain personal information about you from third‑party sources and combine it with the data we collect directly. All such information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Restaurants and Merchants. When you place an order, the participating restaurant or merchant may share order details, loyalty‑program balances, feedback, or issue‑resolution notes with us. We use this data to complete the transaction, provide customer support, and reconcile payouts.
- Delivery Partners and Drivers. Our delivery‑service partners send us operational updates—such as driver identity, vehicle information, pick‑up times, real‑time GPS pings, and proof‑of‑delivery events—so we can track orders, optimize routes, and notify customers of status changes.
- Payment Processors and Fraud‑Prevention Services. After you submit your Payment Information to a third‑party processor, we receive limited tokens or risk‑assessment signals (for example, pass/fail indicators) that enable us to verify payment, detect fraud, and issue refunds without storing your full card details.
- Marketing, Advertising, and Analytics Providers. We may receive aggregated audience segments, device‑matching results, or campaign‑performance reports to help us measure reach, personalize content, and improve advertising effectiveness. These providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for their own independent marketing unless you have given them separate consent.
- Authentication or Identity‑Verification Services. If we need to confirm a merchant’s or driver’s credentials, we may obtain verification outcomes—such as “cleared,” “pending,” or relevant license data—from specialized vendors. This helps us comply with legal and safety requirements.
- Publicly Available Sources. We may supplement our records with information from public registers, social‑media profiles, or government filings to maintain accurate business contact details and satisfy compliance obligations.
Any third party that supplies us with personal information must do so in compliance with applicable privacy laws and, where required, represent that it has the right to share such information with us for the purposes described above.
D. Payments
All payments made through the Services are handled by an independent payment processor (e.g., Stripe) (the “Payment Processor”). To complete your transaction, the Payment Processor collects information such as your name, email address, billing address, and payment card details (“Payment Information”). The Payment Processor handles your information under its own terms and privacy notice, while any data it passes to us is governed by this Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Personal Information
- Operate and enhance the Services. We use your information to process orders and deliveries, troubleshoot issues, analyze usage patterns, and develop new features—all so the platform functions smoothly and continues to improve.
- Facilitate payments and payouts. Your data enables us to instruct our payment processor to charge you securely and to remit the correct funds to restaurants and delivery partners.
- Communicate with you. We rely on your contact details to send essential messages—such as order confirmations, delivery updates, account alerts—and, where permitted by law or your consent, promotional offers that you can opt out of at any time.
- Protect the platform and its users. We monitor technical, usage, and payment information to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Meet legal and contractual requirements. We retain, use, or disclose information as necessary to comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements.

- Legal & Safety Disclosures; We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or lawful request, or when necessary to protect your rights, our rights, or the safety of others, detect fraud, or enforce our terms.
- Business Transfers: If we engage in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity or its advisers under strict confidentiality and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- With Your Consent.: In all other situations, we share your personal information only when you expressly authorize or direct us to do so.
